Syria coach Samer Bastanli announced the squad for the Maldives in the second qualifying match for the Asian Cup.
The squad included Waseem Ayoub, Haytham Al Louz, Mohammed Mashhadani, Mustafa Safrani, Ahmed Al Daly, Fawaz Bawadkaji, Noor Khamis, Mohammed Al Aswad, Mohammed Al Melhem, Hatem Al Nabulsi and Ammar Ramadan.
Our team drew in their first match against Lebanon 1-0, while the hosts Tajikistan beat the Maldives nine clean goals.
