Belgium's Kevin De Bruyne will miss the next two Euro 2020 qualifiers while Eden Hazard will return to the squad.
Midfielder De Bruyne has been ruled out of a 28-man squad picked by coach Roberto Martinez on Thursday because of a groin injury he suffered in Manchester City's game against Everton at the weekend.
However, captain Eden Hazard, who missed two qualifying matches last month against San Marino and Scotland, will return with his brother Torgan, Axel Witsel and Timothy Castani for a home match against Belgium on San Marino on October 10 and against Kazakhstan three days later.
Maxim Lichtian was called up for the first time in five years after scoring five goals in eight Belgian league games with Standard Liege.
Belgium, who have won all six of their group matches, will qualify if they beat bottom-placed San Marino.
