European Championship qualification: DFB women with 26: 0 goals after just three games

The national football team of the European Championships is progressing in England with big strides. In the third qualifier, Germany achieved the next high victory. Two players met three times.



The German women's national football team has again celebrated a clear victory in qualifying for the European Championships 2021 in England. The team of national coach Martina Voss-Tecklenburg defeated the overburdened guests from Ukraine 8: 0. The 18-year-old Klara Bühl (7th minute / 58th / 61st) and Lina Magull (37th / 42nd / 90th +3) shone with three goals each. Giulia Gwinn (30th) and Melanie Leupolz (87th) provided the remaining goals at the Aachen Tivoli.

Ukraine defensively positioned

After the first leg defeat coach Nataliya Zinchenko put the Ukraine on more compact: A defensive five-line behind a four-row midfield should be stable against the German attacks as long as possible.
