Turning World Cup: Biles unbeatable, Seitz sixth

Germany is still waiting for a medal at the Turn World Cup. In the all-around women's competition, US star Simone Biles was unbeatable again, but behind her convinced Elisabeth Seitz. She lost 0.4 points to bronze.



When Elisabeth Seitz had finished her first exercise on her parade-stepping bar at the Turn-World Championships in Stuttgart in the all-around final, the hope for the first German medal at this World Cup lived in the Schleyerhalle. The eight-time German champion got 14,866 points on the uneven bars and finished third. The 7,500 spectators celebrated Seitz for their rousing performance.

Besides Seitz also convinced the 19 year old Sarah Voss. She finished with 54.898 points in the world class field in the run not expected tenth place.
