The Czech Republic beat England 2-1 in Group A of the European Championship 2020 qualifiers today.

Harry Kane put England ahead in the fifth minute after a foul on Rahim Sterling, but the Czechs equalized four minutes later through Jakob Prabets.

Substitute Zdenek Ondrachik added the winner five minutes from time with a shot past goalkeeper Jordan Pickford to end England's long record of unbeaten qualification.

With the result, the Czech Republic leveled with the top of the group with 12 points from four wins, but the Czech team played six games to five for England
