In Bulgaria, four Bulgarian football fans have been arrested after the racist incidents in the European Championship qualifier against England. The men are suspected of having participated in the derailments in the stadium. This was announced by the Bulgarian police as a prelude to an action to establish responsibility for the racist incidents on Monday night at the Vasil Levski Stadium in Sofia. The action should continue on Wednesday, it is expected to further arrests.
