The guest appearance of the German national women's team at Wembley Stadium is officially sold out. As the English FA FA announced, the maximum of 90,000 tickets was sold for the international match on 9 November (18.30 clock). The tickets cost between seven and 20 pounds (about eight to 23 euros), children paid a pound.

Never before have more visitors watched a home game of the Lionesses. The previous record was also set against Germany. In 2014, 45,691 fans came to the English women's game against the DFB Women (0: 3) to Wembley. The 2012 Olympic final between the USA and Japan (2: 1) looked at the same place 80,203 spectators.
However, the English women miss the world record. The stands at 90,185 spectators in the World Cup final in 1999 between the US and China in Pasadena, where the hosts won on penalties.
