Shinzo Kuroki scored with a header in the 50th minute to move Urawa into the final after he entered the semi-final second leg in China with a 2-0 win in Japan.
Urawa Red Diamonds will play Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal in the AFC Champions League final and host the first leg on November 9, while the second leg will be played in Saitama, Japan, on the 24th.
