Europa League: VfL Wolfsburg misses victory at KAA Gent

Wolfsburg led in Ghent until the 94th minute. The dramatic end of the game missed two Liverpool fans who had falsely traveled to Ghent - and then were invited to the Wolfsburg game.

VfL Wolfsburg remain unbeaten in the Europa League group stage, but missed out on KAA Gent's victory in extra time. Roman Yaremchuk scored in the fourth minute of stoppage time 2: 2 (2: 1). Earlier, Wout Weghorst (3rd minute) and João Victor (24th) had brought Wolfsburg into the lead, Yaremchuk already made the connection (40th).
