Liverpool FC - Tottenham Hotspur 2: 1 (0: 1)

Much has not made Liverpool wrong in the first half. On the contrary: The hosts had 75 percent of possession, shot much more often on the opponent's goal than the opponent and controlled the game almost consistently. But all that did not help the team Jürgen Klopp, as Spurs striker Harry Kane had used a rebound after 47 seconds after a slap shot by Son Heung-Min headed for the lead.

The offensive efforts of the Liverpooler were consistent in the episode, but played out too dirty for a long time. After just under half an hour that changed and they came to three great opportunities in quick succession by shots of Roberto Firmino (27) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (30) and a massive header from center-back Virgil after a free-kick (29). But each time Tottenham goalkeeper Paolo Gazzaniga was on hand and parried strongly.

Much was reminiscent of last weekend, when Liverpool fell behind with Manchester United in the first half, beating a massive defensive and repeatedly threatened by a counterattack, as in the 24th minute, when Tottenham made several second-half goals came. Even in the second half, the Spurs were fast in the forward movement and Son would have almost three minutes after the half-throttle almost a quick return to 2: 0 used. But although he was already past Alisson, he met from an acute angle only the crossbar (48.).

After that, the guests took control again. If Liverpool had been able to equalize against United just before the end, the team responded faster this time and equalized in the 52nd minute through Jordan Henderson. Enough time to come to victory - and the Reds succeeded. After a clumsy kick by Spurs defender Serge Aurier against Sadio Mané, Mohamed Salah took the penalty and scored the 2-1 (75 ').

Arsenal FC - Crystal Palace 2: 2 (2: 1)

The corners of Nicolas Pepé were key to Arsenal's early 2-0 lead in the city duel against Crystal Palace. Twice the Frenchman found his opponent in the first ten minutes with a corner kick, the center-back duo Sokratis (7) and David Luiz (9) used the crossings to two early goals.

But Palace could still avert the second league defeat in a row: Luka Milivojevic met before the half by penalty to connect (32), Jordan Ayew made in the 52nd minute for compensation.

Norwich City - Manchester United 0: 3 (0: 2)

21 minutes into the match, Scott McTominay scored the 1-0 for the visitors and the Red Devils' 2000th goal in Premier League history. No team has reached this mark so far. Shortly received the mood with the traveling fans a damper, as Markus Rashford failed by penalty to Norwich keeper Tim Krul. But a minute later, the striker closed a counterattack from United successfully and met after submission of Daniel James to 2: 0 (30).

United worked out a lot more chances than the climber and also beat for the third time. Anthony Martial met on the submission of Rashford in the 73rd minute to 3: 0. The team of Ole Gunnar Solskjær won his first league game since the fifth match day and climbed into seventh place in the table. Norwich is still on the penultimate place in the table.
