Defending champion Bayern Munich plays in the second round of the DFB Cup against TSG Hoffenheim. This pairing was drawn during the sports show on Sunday evening. In the round of the last 16 teams, there are three more duels of Bundesliga teams. Werder Bremen plays against Borussia Dortmund, as in the last sixteen of last season. This time, however, Werder has the home advantage.
When Bremen played Dortmund in the Cup at the beginning of February, the match went into extra time at the score of 1: 1. There were still four goals, so it was after 120 minutes 3: 3. Bremen won the game on penalties.
