The Iranian national football team won the Confederations Cup with a 6-3 win over Spain, retaining the title for the second year in a row.
In the final of the tournament, which took place yesterday evening, Iran went ahead with a goal signed by Mohammad Ahmadzadeh.
Spain, who scored twice, ended the first half with a 2-2 draw.
In the second half, Mohamed Ali Mokhtari missed a penalty and Spain received a penalty, scoring the third goal.
Mokhtari made up for a missed penalty by scoring Iran's third equalizer.
Iranian goalkeeper Hamid Behzabour scored the fourth goal for Iran, ending the second half with a 4-3 lead.
In the third half, Ahmad Zadeh added his second and fifth personal goal to Iran, Mohammad Masoumi Zadeh sealed the Iran Festival of Goals with a sixth goal to end the game 6-3 and Iran crowned the title for the second year in a row and for the third time in the history of the tournament.
