At 24:14 (42 minutes) Kiel led for the first time with ten goals, although playmaker Domagoj Duvnjak had remained in the cabin due to an injury to the left leg during the break. Against the attacks of the guests showed Niklas Landin in the goal of THW also his skills: Overall, the Danish World Champion came on 22 parades.
