LONDON (Reuters) - Liverpool drew 1-1 with Napoli at Anfield on Sunday to wait for their final Champions League group game to reach the last 16.
Dries Mertens put Napoli ahead in the 21st minute with a narrow angle but Liverpool leveled through Diane Lovren, who headed in a corner from James Milner in the 65th minute.
Champions Liverpool lead Group E with 10 points, one ahead of Napoli, while Salzburg have seven.
