Hapoel midfielder Kevin Tapoco was suspended from coaching the team today (Sunday) following a discipline offense. The Frenchman came to Kiryat Haim and during a conversation he got freaked out to the professional team. Coach Haim Silves immediately informed him that he was not allowed to come up to practice. The club will put Tapoco on an internal disciplinary committee.
It should be noted that this is not the first time that Tapuko has a negative headline in Hapoel Haifa. Early in the season, he broadcast to club members that he did not want to stay and seemed to be leaving in January. But then a conversation with owner Yoav Katz changed the picture and the Frenchman returned to play.
Now that he has been charged with discipline again, the club will look into things about him. The suspicion in Haifa is that behind Tapoco is another group that wants its services.
In the meantime, the Reds are preparing for a derby against Maccabi Haifa on Tuesday. At the moment it seems that Haim Silves will be coming up with a set of three brakes. In that case, the Gili Vermouth midfielder who excelled on Friday against Benny Lod in the National Cup will open on the 11th. At this point, not all 3000 tickets allocated to the red crowd in the derby have been sold, but it is estimated that they will run out until the game.
