Three more matches were held in the Premier League tonight (Wednesday), with the main course (Arsenal - Manchester United) still ahead. Jesse's duo set up a win for Manchester City over Everton, West Ham defeated Moyes' rematch, and Norwich split in a 1: 1 draw with Crystal Palace.
Manchester City - Everton 1: 2
The Citizens put the loss to the Wolves in Boxing Day behind them, starting a new streak when they beat Everton tonight (Wednesday). A pair of jesus (51, 58) put the host to the lead, Risharlison shimmied in the 71st minute. The gap from Leicester II remains one point, Liverpool still with 11 more points, and with two games missing.
Westam - Bournemouth 0: 4
At the bottom, West Ham with David Moyes in the remake on the lines defeated Bournemouth 0: 4, returning to win after two consecutive losses. Norwich - Crystal Palace 1: 1
After both Watford and West Ham won, Norwich did not want to let teams at the bottom escape, and she finished in a 1: 1 draw with Crystal Palace. Cantwell put the hosts to the lead in the 4th minute, but they failed to maintain the score, and in the 85th minute Wickham equalized. Norwich is still last in the table with 14 points, Crystal Palace remaining with just one win in the last six games.
