Olivier Giroud, future Inter Milan player? The choice of the 2018 world champion is, in any case, made. Giroud, in lack of playing time at Chelsea, has agreed, according to Sky Italia, to initial, as of January, a contract of two and a half seasons with the Lombard club.
Michaël Manuello, Giroud's agent for ten years, had visited the premises of the Milan club, accompanied by Italian agents mandated by Inter. The player has reached a complete agreement on his salary conditions.

Surveyed by Juventus Turin or Lyon, where Rudi Garcia said he was ready to make it evolve in 4-4-2 with Moussa Dembélé, Giroud decided, seduced by the prospect of playing for the next Euro 2020 (June 12 - July 12 ). At Chelsea, he only played seven games with one goal. Too little in the mind of the player and, above all, of Didier Deschamps, to ensure him a place among the 23 selected.
But Giroud is still far from having a place reserved for Appiano Gentile, at the Inter training center. The Nerazzurri and Chelsea must now find an agreement. Giroud is linked until June 2020 with the London club which claims nearly 10 million to release him this winter. For now, Inter offers half. But with the player's agreement, that of Chelsea should not be delayed too long.
