Czech Karolina Pleskova qualified for the Australian Brisbane Tennis Championship final by beating Japanese Naomi Osaka 6-7 7-6 6-2.
Pleskova and Osaka performed 29 non-refundable serve hits and their match saw a long ball exchange more than once before second seed Pleskova clinched the match in two hours and 48 minutes and secured competition for the title for the second year in a row.
