Pablo Sarabia scored a goal near the end to give Paris Saint-Germain a 1-0 win away to second-division Lorient in the 32nd round of the French Cup.
Midfielder Sarabia shook the net to send the French Premier League leaders to the Round of 16 alongside Ange, Dijon, Montpellier and defending champions Rennes Stadium who defeated hosts Atlético de Marseille 2-0.
In other matches, champions Rennes clinched their victory in the first half against Atletico, the other club in Marseille, and the fifth-class opponent, thanks to the goals of Hamari Traore and Ravenia.
Olympique Lyon, St Etienne, Lille and Olympique Marseille, who competed in the first division, also qualified to the next round.
Bordeaux was the biggest victim during the 32nd round after losing 3-2 after extra time against third-class Pau.
The round of sixteen matches will be played on the 28th and 29th of this month.
