Hapoel Haifa signed Slovak striker Jacob Sylvester to the end of the season on Thursday. Sylvester comes from MS Ashdod in the ranks he played from the beginning of the season but found it difficult to fit into the team. In Haifa, the player will receive € 14,000 a month when there is an option to extend the contract between the parties this summer.
Sylvester's contract is under budget control and he will be at the disposal of coach Haim Silves already in the upcoming league game against Hapoel Raanana. Jacob Sylvester is the third team to sign in the current transfer window after brakes Mickey Siroustein and Ofek Fischler.
The Reds from Kiryat Haim went to Sylvester with all their might after realizing that striker Alon Torgman tends not to accept the offer he was offered, despite the high salary being € 125,000 by the end of the season.
Jacob Sylvester scored 15 goals in 50 Premier League appearances in Betar Jerusalem, Bnei Yehuda and MS Ashdod and he will receive the number 12 shirt in his new team.
