The moment basketball fans were waiting for around the world finally arrived tonight (Wednesday to Thursday), when Zayn Williamson took the hardwood in New Orleans. The intriguing Rockies played just 18 minutes, finished with 22 points and 7 rebounds, and opened up everyone's appetite to see more of him. Question marks on his ability to score were answered by four consecutive threes in the fourth quarter of the game that returned the advantage to the locals, but finally the guests were the ones to come out on top. Marcus Aldridge led the Spurs with 32 points and 14 rebounds, Drusen added 20.

The Lakers continue to maintain instability. After the loss against Boston, Anthony Davis (28 points) and LeBron James (21) had trouble against the Knicks, but were sharp enough in the finale to emerge with a victory from Madison Square Garden. On the other side, Marcus Morris (20) led the Knicks, who recorded a fourth loss in five games.

Atlanta - Los Angeles Clippers 95: 102
Without Kwai Leonard and Paul George, the Clippers lost to one of the weaker teams in the league. At the opening, the visitors still led and finished the first half with a 41:60 lead, but in the second half the Hawks completed the upset and embarrassed one of the championship winners. John Collins (33 points and 16 rebounds) led the winner, against Montarz Harrell with 30 not enough for the Clippers.

Miami - Washington 129: 134
In the dramatic game of the night, Miami was almost surprised at her home, but saved by a three-pointer by James Johnson that forced an extension, half a minute to finish. The latter rallied and extended a fourth win in five games. Jimmy Butler finished with 24 points and 10 assists for the winner, Bradley Bill with 38 points and 9 rebounds left with the compliments.
