The Syrian boxing team won two gold medals, the same in silver and five bronze medals in the Arab Championship for the junior category held in Kuwait.

The gold medals came through Al-Medad Al-Hussein with a weight of 63 kg and Bashar Shriqi with a weight of 66 kg, while the two silver medals were won by Zine El Abidine Daoud in the competitions of 57 kg and Mohamed Al-Mohamed with a weight of 80 kg.

As for the bronzes, it was scored by Muhammad Baddour, with a weight of 46 kg, Ashraf Ballan, with a weight of 50 kg, Muhammad Omar, with a weight of 52 kg, Muhammad Jaghili, with a weight of more than 80 kg, and Ali Ibrahim, with a weight of 75 kg.
