The Syrian basketball team faces its Jordanian counterpart at the opening of the Jordan International Championship

With the participation of the Syrian men's basketball team, the Jordan International Championship, which hosts its competitions in the capital Amman, will start tomorrow, and it will also include the teams of Iraq, Lebanon, Bahrain and Jordan.

In the first match, our team faces its Jordanian counterpart the day after tomorrow, while it meets the Iraqi team next Tuesday and plays with the Lebanon national team the next day and meets at the end of its confrontations with the Bahrain national team next Wednesday.

This tournament comes within the preparations of our team for the Asian qualifiers, which starts its competitions on the twentieth of this month within the Group V competitions, which also includes the teams of Iran, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Our team opens its competitions in the first window of the qualifiers by meeting its Iranian counterpart, knowing that the list of players approved by the national team coach to compete in this window includes Sharif Al-Ash-Rami Morjana-Nadim Issa-Omar Al-Sheikh Ali-Tawfiq Saleh-George Nazerian-Zakaria Al-Hussein-Wael Jalilati-Hani Adreby Abdel-Wahab Al-Hamwi, Majd Arbasha, Anthony Bakr, Jamil Sadir.
