The World Cup in ski jumping in the 2019/20 season will be held in 36 competitions. The highlights of the season are the Four Hills Tournament and the Ski Flying World Cup.
Oberhofen am Thunersee - The World Cup 2019/20 in ski jumping runs from November 2019 to March 2020 and includes a total of 36 dates with competitions that are held at 21 locations.
The men's World Cup 2019/20 starts in Wisla (Poland) as in the previous year and ends with ski flying in Vikersund (Norway). The German ski jumpers and the international starter field will fight for World Cup points in 30 individual competitions and six team competitions in the 2019/20 World Cup.
Four Hills Tournament as a highlight in the 2019/20 World Cup
The highlights of the new ski jumping season are the Four Hills Tournament and the Ski Flying World Cup. The Ski Flying World Cup, which is not included in the overall ranking of the Ski Jumping World Cup, will be held after the World Cup final. In Planica, Slovenia, the world's best ski jumpers will compete for medals between March 19 and 22, 2020.
According to the distribution of points by the International Ski Association FIS, there is 100 points for a win in the individual competition for the overall World Cup, the second place receives 80 points and the third place 60 points. Here you can see who is leading the men's overall ranking.
