Barcelona-SANA
Real Madrid's bid to win the Primera Liga title suffered a setback after settling for a 2-2 draw at home to Celta Vigo today.
Celta led early by Russian striker Fedor Smolov, but Real Madrid responded via Toni Kroos in the 52nd minute before captain Sergio Ramos put Real Madrid ahead in the 65th minute of the penalty kick.
Santi Mina used a pass from former Barcelona midfielder Dennis Suarez to equalize the visiting team in the 85th minute.
The tie put an end to five consecutive victories achieved by Real Madrid in the league and his score became 53 points from 24 games, one point ahead of second-placed Barcelona who defeated Getafe 2-1 yesterday.
Celta left the drop zone, ahead of 17th in the standings.
