The reign of Stefan Beinlich continues: At the table tennis club championship of TSV Peißenberg, the player was once again the measure of all things.

Peißenberg - At TSV Peißenberg (nobody) can give him a drink: Stefan Beinlich was also the superior player at the recent table tennis club championship. For the fifth time in a row and for the ninth time in total, he secured the title.

Once again, his success was absolutely deserved. He clearly won all seven games. Only once, in a duel with the fifth, Leon Heyda, did he have to make a sentence. The other podium finishes went to Dennis Farokhfar in second and Bernhard Jepsen in third. All three players belong to the first team of the Peißenberger, which starts in district "Oberbayern Süd" in district class A.

The organizers would have liked to divide the actors into several preliminary round groups. But due to various illnesses, the field was somewhat decimated. Originally the table tennis division wanted to organize a market championship for amateur players instead of a club championship (on the first day for children and young people, on the second day for adults). Ultimately, only three participants registered, "so we had to decide to cancel the tournament at short notice," said TSV player Bernhard Jepsen.

The TSV division plans to make another start in terms of the “market championship” in April - and will also intensify advertising in advance. The Peißenberg department has two adult and two youth teams in play. The youth trains every Tuesday and Friday (5:30 p.m.) in the St. Johann gym.

Placements: The final result of the club championship: 1. Stefan Beinlich, 2. Dennis Farokhfar, 3. Bernhard Jepsen, 4. Bernd Obermeier, 5. Leon Heyda, 6. Rolf Heyda, 7. Michael Palmberger, 8. Maximilian Geißler (youth player).
