Now came the ultimate proof of their love for Valentine's Day . The 24-year-old model released a kiss picture on Friday. She wrote: "Everything I want to tell you is not for here." With the hashtags "Happy Valentine's Day" and "My Love", Kasia and Jerome have now made their relationship official.
