Dortmund - Former BVB striker Alexander Isak has developed magnificently. 14 goals this season, eight goals in the last seven competitive games for Real Sociedad San Sebastian - the numbers of the 20-year-old make you sit up and take notice. At Borussia Dortmund voices are now being voiced to seriously consider buying back the attacker.

BVB secured a clause for the sale of Isaks, which includes a return campaign for the price of 30 million euros . The "Transfermarkt.de" portal currently estimates Isak's market value at 25 million euros. He had left BVB for 6.5 million.

However, as the Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" now reports, there is a restriction on the buyback clause: it will take effect in the summer of 2021 at the earliest. Before that, Dortmund, like all other clubs, would have to pay the fixed transfer fee of 70 million euros if they absolutely wanted to sign Isak earlier.

Dortmund will therefore be watching closely how the Swedish goalie continues to do in the Basque Country. If Isak goes on like this, 30 million could even be a bargain price .
