The Syrian men's basketball team lost to its Iranian counterpart today with a score of 48-94 points in its first games in the Asian qualifiers, in the game that brought them together in the capital of Tehran.
The Iranian team advanced the quarters of the match by 17-15 points, 28-13 points, 24-9 points and 25-11 points.
Our team plays in the qualifiers in the fifth group, which also includes the teams of Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
