London (dpa) - Arsenal FC made up some ground in the race for a starting place in the European competition.
The team of the former German national soccer player Mesut Özil won in an entertaining game 3-2 (2-2) against Everton and moved past the table neighbors to ninth place.
Eddie Nketiah (27th minute) and former Dortmund player Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with a double (33th / 46th) ensured the home win for the Londoners on matchday 27.
