PSG players had lunch together, Monday noon, at the Giusé restaurant, located a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées.

Some participants, like Kylian Mbappé, shared a group photo of this joint meal organized on the initiative of Marco Verratti.

This lunch comes after a complicated week for the capital's club with the defeat in Dortmund (1-2) in the knockout stages of the Champions League and the controversy arising from the organization of Di Maria's birthday, Cavani and Icardi two days later. On the snapshot of the day, the players display their unity and seem to want to demonstrate their willingness to face the challenges that await them.

The cohesion of this group has in fact never been questioned. On the birthday of Icardi, Di Maria and Cavani, last Thursday, it was rather the behavior of the players and the image of joy that they sent two days after the defeat in Dortmund that offended supporters and leaders.

Last Saturday, Leonardo and Tuchel warned their players, asking them to monitor their outside communication. Obviously, the message is passed because the Monday shot is soft and consensual.

The vast majority of the workforce was present, except Kurzawa, Aouchiche or Kouassi. Another brand absent: Thiago Silva. Injured the previous day, the captain underwent medical examinations which revealed a "lesion of the femoral biceps of the right thigh". He will be absent for at least three weeks and will therefore miss the return match against Dortmund on March 11.
