Austria's Vincent Kriechmayr won Hinterstoder's super-G on Saturday and signed his sixth victory on the world circuit at 28 years old with a time of 1 min 33 sec 08/100. The 2019 vice-world champion in the specialty beat Switzerland's Mauro Caviezel, 2nd at 5 / 100th, and the Austrian Matthias Mayer, 3rd at 8 / 100th, while Pinturault finished at the foot of the podium, at 24 / 100th of the winner of the day. But "Pintu" did the right thing of the day, because his big rival for the world of world N.1, the Norwegian Aleksander Aamodt Kilde, however specialist in speed tests, did not score any points. Kilde remains in the lead with 1022 points, but sees Pinturault return to 74 points (948 pts). The French N.1 can still score precious points in the two events on the program at Hinterstoder, a combined Sunday and a giant slalom on Monday.
