Having already agreed on a cut that was agreed on by most of the team's players, Betar Jerusalem management offered a new cut on the weekend, which also includes the next season, and at this stage it is unclear whether all the players will agree.

The proposal passed on to the team's three captains, Idan Vered, Dan Einbinder and Ophir Criaf, is a 25% cut in hiring players for the next three months and into the next season. This is in contrast to the previous proposal, which was only a 30 percent cut to the current season for anyone earning over NIS 10,000.

The club's management says: "This is a very decent offer and a generous writer. At the end of all the teams will make a cut for next season as well." Those who opposed the previous outline and are likely to oppose the new outline proposed are two of the group's five foreigners, Antoine Conte and Freddie Plomin, who also criticize it.

Unless there is overwhelming agreement on the part of the players, the Jerusalemites are considering issuing to the USSR players who will oppose the new outline, but, as is well known, they cannot take foreign players on holiday for free, so they are facing a problem with Conte and Plomin.
