Taufkirchen - The BSG Taufkirchen has set the course for the 2020/2021 season for its A-class team. Florian Pell will take over BSG 2 as a trainer in the summer. Acting coach Alfred Hübner announced early on that he would end his engagement after four years.
President Franz Schlossnikl and department head Ferdl Schediwy didn't have to look far. The vacancy quickly got around in the team. Until two years ago, Florian Pell was a second-team player himself before seriously injuring his knee while skiing. The 34-year-old therefore gave up his playing career, but remained close to the team as a fan.

Years ago Pell led the senior youth of FSV Steinkirchen to the championship, and he liked the environment in Taufkirchen. He talked to the president and head of department. It quickly turned out that both parties had similar goals. The 34-year-old key account manager: “I know the team and the ambition of the young players. The discussions with the club management encouraged me to work as a coach again in the future and to introduce young players to the first team. ”Schlossnikl is happy about the solution with Pell, because“ he fits the team and wants to support us in developing young talents. ”
The change of coach for the first men's team has been in dry cloth for weeks. From next summer, the two active players Thomas Götzberger and Tobias Schediwy will take over Sebastian Held's coaching role.
