The BFV clarifies the four key questions and advises with clubs about the further course of the season via an online conference. All scenarios are run through.

Dachau - In this time of great uncertainty, the club representatives of the regional, Bavarian and regional league teams made it clear that they were taking the course of the Bavarian Football Association (BFV) in dealing with the effects of the Covid 19 pandemic for the absolute consider correct and also advocate the further course of action: This is the result of a total of ten video conferences by the top management around President Rainer Koch, treasurer Jürgen Faltenbacher, game director Josef Janker and managing director Jürgen Igelspacher with representatives of the 143 clubs that play at the state level; a total of 334 participants from clubs and associations were actively involved in the ten virtual meetings.

Affected from the Dachau region are the Bayern League clubs FC Pipinsried and TSV 1865 Dachau as well as the regional league teams ASV Dachau, TSV Eintracht Karlsfeld and TSV Jetzendorf.

As is well known, gaming operations in Bavaria are suspended until further notice. In any case, resumption will only take place with a notice period of at least fourteen days.

Scenarios from the resumption to the end of the season are run through

"We will now make intensive use of this phase to work through and carefully weigh up all the scenarios that have already been largely prepared together with the clubs - from the resumption to the play-off regulations to the termination. It is important for us that we all pull together and do not make any hasty decisions. Ensuring the livelihood of our clubs must play the leading role in all considerations. We are currently seeing what this can lead to if, for example, we only see the different approaches of those responsible for amateur football in Belgium and England, ”said BFV President Rainer Koch, who also made it clear once again that“ football now has to be in the back . Everyone's health comes first! "

Kivran: "There is currently no point in vehemently demanding decisions"

Markus Wolf, President of 1. FC Schweinfurt 05, emphasizes: “We trust the BFV, who is currently acting as a level-headed crisis manager and has the clubs as much in mind as the state requirements. We follow this path out of conviction. We all know that it is now not just about the regional league, but about all clubs across Bavaria. We will stand together there now. "And Hasan Kivran, President of the front-runner Türkgücü Munich, adds:" Of course there are currently pressing questions, such as who is getting on and who is relegating. But at the moment nobody knows when and if it will go on at all. Therefore, there is currently no point in vehemently calling for decisions about which we are all unhappy in the end. Even if the season is not over, I am convinced that those responsible for the regional associations and the DFB will work out fair solutions. It is currently more important to prepare plans in the event that it continues. The BFV does that and takes the clubs with it. Maybe it will look very different in a few weeks. "

With online conferences, BFV focuses on the broadest possible communication

The BFV deliberately focuses on the broadest possible communication and a transparent flow of information: With large-scale, comprehensive information webinars, all decision-makers of the approximately 4600 Bavarian football clubs should be contacted personally in the coming days and given information about the challenges that arise in the course of the Covid-19 pandemic will inevitably come to Bavarian amateur football and already exist. By Sunday, the BFV officials had already held 13 online conferences across Bavaria with over 900 participants.

“This is a good format that offers everyone transparency. This is how you imagine the cooperation between the association and clubs. We share the same line, ”says Roland Eggert of the SV Mitterteich.

Peter Tiefel (SV Kornburg) says: “It is important to act together and act together. Rainer Koch, Jürgen Faltenbacher and Jürgen Igelspacher as well as Josef Janker have informed us in great detail. Questions were answered immediately, we should continue. "

Walter Werner: "It takes decisions that support as many as possible in solidarity"

For Walter Werner from the South Bavarian league club FC Ismaning, it is clear, “that you need very well-considered decisions that support as many as possible in solidarity. The BFV sets up good communication here. In the end it will be shown whether all clubs stick together and stand by the decisions as they say it now. "

At the heart of the video conferences with the clubs at the association level, four questions were piling up, the solution of which the BFV and its corresponding members would now like to implement in the DFB committees in a timely manner. Changes to the rules of the game of the German Football Association (DFB) are currently being prepared in a legally secure manner and should be approved by the committees.

The four core questions and the solutions of the BFV

1. Sporting effects in the event of insolvency: According to the still valid insolvency regulations of the associations, the clubs are threatened, should they have to apply for insolvency proceedings, any point deductions or, under certain circumstances, can be determined as relegated. The BFV has a clear opinion that these regulations must be suspended in the current situation and that bankruptcies must not affect the sporting area.

2. End of season: This is currently binding every year on June 30th. On this date, club change regulations, registration deadlines or registrations for game operations are based. BFV: “It is clear to everyone that the end of the season may be different this summer. The BFV will change its rules in this regard, open up and handle them with the greatest flexibility in relation to the clubs.

3. Contract players (without license): Contract player contracts usually also run until June 30, i.e. the end of a game year. There is currently no certainty as to whether the game year has already ended at this point. The BFV will therefore coordinate with all state associations and the DFB to adapt the rules of the game, which on the one hand take into account a suspension of payments, so that the clubs are financially relieved, and on the other hand, the clubs also have to accommodate the game law.

4. Change of club after six months without action: Currently, a player who has not been used for six months can change the club without consent. A rule that is based on a normal game year. However, according to the BFV, they are in an exceptional situation, so they also want to adapt their rules to their needs, meet the clubs and, if possible, ensure that the second half of the season ends with the players available at the beginning of March.

“It is incredibly difficult to do the right thing at the right time in the current situation, you can't please everyone anyway. The top priority is the health of everyone, everything else comes afterwards. It is important to keep calm here and to communicate a lot, that is what the BFV does. There is no use in discussing eggs which are not laid, which only costs energy and time unnecessarily, ”emphasizes Alexander Ziegler, 1st chairman of the DJK Schwebenried / Schwemmelsbach. ge
