Hapoel players released a timed post last night trying to explain their side of the saga around owner Alona Barkat's request to cut their wages for a period of 15 months. 50 percent of their salary by the end of the season.
"Israel Today" arrived on Tuesday (Tuesday) a document sent by the lawyer of actors Roy Rosen to owner Alona Barkat with a tendency to go towards the club. "The players are ready for widespread and painful cuts, partly from a complete understanding of the situation and the situation and also from love and understanding for the club and the owners," written by Rosen, among others. The actor's representative added: "These are tough days and everyone understands the need for cutting meat and especially the need to help each other."
With these things, the players may be trying to reach a compromise between them and Barkat, though the prospect seems slim. Yesterday, the players already met with attorney Yitzhak Younger for the first time and it appears that he is expected to accompany them in the near future.
