Hamburg (dpa) - The police control FC St. Pauli.
Because the second division soccer team was prohibited by the city of Hamburg from completing team training in small groups of five to six players, patrol cars patrolled the training grounds at Kollaustrasse and next to the Millerntor Stadium, according to the "Bild" newspaper.
The club had trained in small groups on Monday and Tuesday. According to the Hamburg Ministry of the Interior and Sports, this does not comply with the general decree on the closure of sports facilities. It is part of the contact restriction related to the corona pandemic. FC St. Pauli adhered to the ban on Thursday.
