2 Investing in senior coaches and not inflated mechanisms: Coach is a critical factor in the success of an athlete, and Israeli coaches are at the bottom of the food chain. We have great sports coaches, who have to do seven jobs in order to survive. Specific budgets should be transferred to sports associations only for raising the level and quality of the coaches, especially the children's coaches. By the time I reached eighth grade, in Hapoel Holon's youth department, I was already learning at cannons such as Pini Gershon, Molly Katzorin and Israel Lev. It is imperative that the senior coaches return to address the talent reserve in all sports.

3 Eliminating the Young Leagues: One of the bad evils of the various ball games, especially football and basketball, is the coaching intention of the youngsters to win and not learn.
