The league manager on Thursday passed professional league teams guidelines for holding games without an audience under the Corona epidemic. The guidelines were built on the principles passed by the Ministry of Health and approved by them, taking into account the needs associated with the management of the football game as far as possible.



Of course, because of this, not all bodies will be able to enter the stadium as it is today, the service to groups will be different, media coverage will change and adjusted to the realities of the Corona and the various entities entering the stadium will have to work according to strict safety rules. However, despite the various and many limitations, a great deal of effort has been made, to give as wide a response as possible, to the various causes of their work, under the Ministry of Health guidelines and in accordance with the reality we all experience.



Here are the guidelines:



Corona Supervisor: Each group will define a "Corona Supervisor" who will be responsible for implementing the guidelines.

Tests: Anyone entering the stadium will undergo a heat test. As the subject heat exceeds 38 degrees - he will not be allowed to enter the stadium.

Maintain Health Ministry Guidelines: All entrants to the stadium gates will be required to comply with Health Ministry rules and regulations as updated from time to time, including wearing a mask and maintaining social distance rules (except for players and professional staff who sign up on the form and game broadcasts during the broadcast).

Entrance to the stadium: All parties that come to the games will adjust this in advance with the home team, according to the amount limit, control at the entrance to be performed at designated gates, etc.

Stadium areas: The stadium is divided into four circles, which include the different areas, among others, the arena, the dressing room complex, the surrounding arena, offers, offices, operating areas and external areas.

The different populations that could enter each of the areas were defined, with the number of people limited and limited in a way that would allow the participation of those with the necessary roles to conduct and manage the football game.

Management of communications bodies: Like all bodies involved, the various media bodies surveying the game (reporters and photographers) will be able to enter the stadium to review the game, subject to a detailed quantity limit and management guidelines, including the areas to which access will be given to the various systems through a league manager's spokesman.

Team Benches: Team Benches will be adjusted to allow distance between the alternate players and the professional team. The bench structure will change according to the stadium's restrictions, with some of the stadiums replacing the players and some of the professional staff sitting in the stands and near the pitch to the pitch.

Medical Tests - Teams and Judges: Team players, staff and referees will undergo heat, sturgeon testing and, if necessary, a doctor's examination. Players will sign a medical statement form. The home team will be responsible for conducting tests for the referees.

Use of dressing rooms and wardrobes: The use of dressing room and wardrobes will be possible before the game and at half time for organizing and briefings.

After the game is over - showers will be used with a 50% occupancy outline, with between two showers used there will be an unused empty shower.

Disinfection of the complex: There will be a hygienic environment of the stadium facilities, including disinfection on the day of the game and before the various parties enter the stadium of the dressing room complex (including team rooms, referees, coaches, testing of banned materials), players 'tunnel, players' benches and teams.

Handshakes and ceremonies: According to the Ministry of Health's instructions, handshakes are prohibited.
