Taufkirchen – The BSG Taufkirchen will start the restart after the corona-related break with the coaches, which it has already committed to for the new season. As reported, the two player coaches Tobias Schediwy and Thomas Götzberger replace the current coach Sebastian Held in the district league. The second will train Florian Pell in the future. Alfred Hübner had previously coached the A-class team.
"I welcomed that and also contributed to the decision," says Hübner. "It makes perfect sense to make the switch in this time window." As reported, the 62-year-old had announced a long time ago that he would be going into the fifth season with the second for private reasons. "I just don't have much time this year because I'm going to do some renovation work on the house." As far as 2021 is concerned, he keeps it with the Kaiser motto "Schau ma moi".
The current team is the fifth team that Hübner has accompanied for many years. "It was always a lot of fun. Football gives you a lot, ”says the coach, who also praises the cooperation with his co-Wolfgang Häusler (“ great support, human and professional class ”) and hero:“ I always enjoyed that. That was always characterized by mutual appreciation. "

The district league coach appreciated the former policeman's leadership "and the always very interesting discussions about big football on Thursday after training". Held also welcomes the early change of coach and wants to take a break first. He has been a coach for 30 years now, and now the family has priority, the father of two emphasizes. "I haven't seen a single game from my son this year," says the 52-year-old, who has now learned to love gardening. "My mother-in-law is very enthusiastic," he says with a laugh. He also bought an e-bike with which he wants to cycle to Slovenia.
And when do the new trainers start? The BSG board has decided not to return to the square before June 14th. "Training under the current circumstances makes no sense to us," says Franz Schlossnikl, who has a special commendation for the two departing coaches: "Both signaled at the beginning of the break that they would support any decision the club made."
In the first few weeks of the suspension of the games, they had also informed him that they would not accept a coaching fee without training. Schlossnikl wants to officially thank and say goodbye to the two coaches after the pandemic has subsided.
The two outgoing BSG coaches Sebastian Held and Alfred Hübner still trust their ex-teams a lot for the end of the season. The BSG runner-up is only eighth in the A-Class 7. “But there is definitely more to the team,” says Hübner. Unfortunately, too many points were left behind. "But the team showed their true face against FSV Steinkirchen", he recalls the 3-2 win against the third in the table. Held had taken over the BSG first as a relegation league. "At that time, we lost five regular players and only got one new signing and one youth player." Nevertheless, the team had started the league well. "Then we didn't win six games in a row." 20 points and seventh place - "you have to look back," warns Held, who is convinced of the quality of the team. She also proved that at the "wonderful training camp in Kufstein", "which I was still allowed to do with them in March". Hero is proud that he was able to install two youngsters in the men's team, Maxi Gebhard and Konsti Dworschak.
