This is the result of the study by KPMG, an international network of audit and consultancy firms, on the 32 largest European clubs.

If the PSG Qatari version has not yet reached the semi-finals of the Champions League on the ground, the club of the capital progresses year after year within the continental hierarchy in the field of business. KPMG, an international network of auditing and consulting firms, unveils via its subsidiary KPMG Football Benchmark a study on the enterprise value of the 32 largest European football players in 2020.

This study shows the growing development of the capital's club. PSG is, in fact, the club whose corporate value has increased the most in one year among the clubs in the European Top 20 in this area. According to the study, this 45% increase (+ 127% since 2016) is explained by the commercial development of the club, including the successful partnership with Jordan Brand, which allows it to post the highest commercial income in the elite of European football.

. @ realmadrid & @ManUtd maintained 1st and 2nd, while @FCBarcelona regained 3rd position, according to our “Football Clubs' Valuation: The European Elite 2020” report, which ranks the 32 most prominent clubs by enterprise value.

Parisians are only ahead in terms of progression by the Turks of Galatasaray (+ 49%). Inter Milan (42%), Ajax Amsterdam (37%) and Liverpool (27%) complete the first 5 places. This advance is not sudden. Since 2016, the capital's club has been the member of the European Top 10 whose corporate value has increased the most (+ 127%), thanks to the increase in all its revenues and the improvement of its profitability. According to KPMG, its value is estimated at 1.997 billion euros.

PSG now points to 9th place (2 ranks won) in terms of operational revenue from a ranking dominated by historic market players, that is to say Real Madrid (3.47 billion euros), Manchester United (3.34 billion euros) and FC Barcelona (3.19 billion euros). The indicators mainly taken into account are financial, but not only since, for example, popularity, TV rights or even the stadium are taken into account.
