Munich (dpa) - Cup winner Alba Berlin started with a work victory in the championship tournament of the basketball Bundesliga. The Berlin team won 81:72 (37:39) against the Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt in Munich, but struggled for a long time.
It was only in the final quarter that the title candidate was able to make a decisive difference. The best thrower among the Berliners was Peyton Siva with 16 points.
