As first published in "Israel Today", the Nahariya Municipal Center and the Israeli national team with me Segev signed French Grablin for one season on Monday.
Segev, who will be celebrating his 25th birthday next week, provided one of the best seasons of his career and posted good averages of 8.4 points, 6.5 rebounds and 13.3 overall points. Also, there was a major screw in the Northern team's reach for the first National Cup final in its history.
Before coming to Nahariya, Segev played for Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Holon, Hapoel Gilboa / Galil and Maccabi Rishon Lezion. In recent years he has also become a major player on the roster of Oded Ketch in the Israeli national team. He is now on his first experience overseas.
Segev joins a distinguished list of Israeli players who played in the country such as Afik Nissim (won the championship in 2005), Meir Tapiro, Raviv Lemonade, Ido Kozikro and others.
