Hapoel Haifa recorded (first) first victory in the top playoffs, a big 0: 4 over Hapoel TA. Two goals were scored from the white spot and to Haifa a stunning 9-of-9 season in the Pendals. "We're kicking the Pendals well, glad I got out too," said midfielder Gidi Kenyuk, who scored a pair, one of them from the 11-meter point.
The second fender was kicked by the Gal Arel midfielder on his first touch of the ball, immediately after entering as a substitute. Aral took the ball from Coral Buzaglo by instructing coach Haim Silves as he is the regular kicker of the team. But Buzaglo did not like the decision and even expressed his disapproval. At the end of the game, Buzaglo explained to his friends that he wanted to conquer after almost a year of injury and expected Silves and Aral to understand it. Coach Haim Silves is expected to talk to Buzaglo in training today to put the case behind.
Meanwhile, Silves has not yet signed a new contract at the club, but owner Yoav Katz has made it clear that "Silbs will coach Hapoel Haifa next season and is already working on it." As for the foreigners, everyone will leave the club with the exception of Bosnian goalkeeper Jasmine Borich, who holds offers from the Polish league, but has a contract for another season in Kiryat Haim.
