Eran Zahavi and Dia Seva will soon be playing soccer too. After a five-month postponement, the Chinese Football Association announced this morning (Wednesday) that the Senior League will return to activity on July 25.
This is a joyous news for the Israeli players of Gwangzhou RP, Eran Zahavi and Dia Seva, who have been in China for a long time and are awaiting the return of the league, which was discontinued on February 22 due to the outbreak of the Corona epidemic.
The return to the routine will be in a slightly different format as the 16 teams in the Senior League will be divided into two houses of eight clubs that will play in two major cities: northern Dalian and southern Suzhou. Apparently, the league will also cut from 30 games to just 14 cycles.
