The Team announces that AS Monaco coach Roberto Moreno has just been sacked this Saturday by his management. The Spanish coach, who was still on the bench on Friday for the friendly match against Cercle Brugge (2-0 victory) will therefore be replaced. According to the newspaper, this is only a half surprise, since Moreno was already on the hot seat because of his results and his inability to manage the group according to the Monegasque executive board. The decision had therefore been taken a few days ago, then validated by the Monegasque staff before being communicated to Moreno. Moreno had arrived in January to replace Léonardo Jardim. He would be replaced by former Bayern coach Niko Kovac (48), who was laid off last November.
