LE SCAN SPORT - Facing Celtic Glasgow this Tuesday evening, Paris SG will unveil its jersey for the new season which refers to the 1970s.

Who says back to school, says new tunics. Even more in a season which will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the champions of France. The new Paris Saint-Germain 2020-2021 home / away jerseys, which pay homage to the legendary jersey designed by Daniel Hechter and celebrate the club's 50th anniversary, were unveiled on Tuesday. In the early 1970s, the famous Parisian designer Daniel Hechter took the reins of the club and imagined a jersey that would become iconic. Fifty years later, the new Paris Saint-Germain 2020-2021 jersey, created with Nike, a long-standing partner of the capital club, thus pays tribute to the first years of the capital's club: “There was no better way to celebrate 50 years of Paris Saint-Germain than with the return of this iconic jersey, says Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, President and CEO of Paris Saint-Germain. This historic jersey exudes the style, passion, ambition and energy of this unique club, ambassador of Paris, city of lights. ”
