After the bad news (departures from Aouchiche and Kouassi), PSG is smiling again in terms of training. As we announced, the club managed to sign Edouard Michut for a three-year contract, as the club formalized on Thursday. The midfielder born in 2003 is one of the good hopes of the training center, which remained number 1 in France in the ranking unveiled on Tuesday by the French Federation.
✍️ Paris Saint-Germain is pleased to announce the signing of Édouard Michut's first professional contract.
The 17-year-old French midfielder is now linked to the Club until June 30, 2⃣0⃣2⃣3⃣. 🔴🔵
His qualities as a technical player, with a good vision of the game, had attracted the attention of several major European clubs. FC Barcelona had observed on several occasions this player with a profile reminiscent of several great figures of the club (Xavi, Iniesta), without obviously making a level comparison.
Edouard Michut resumed training at the start of the month with the Under-19 group led by Stéphane Roche. He had appeared in Gambardella's group (the Coupe de France of the category) this season. This time he will be expected as one of the “management” players under 19, who will also play in the Youth League. He will notably play alongside Xavi Simons, the Barça rookie media who arrived last summer.
This announced signing is in addition to the very positive trend around El Chadaille Bitshiabu. The technically assured 15-year-old colossus is on track to sign a midshipman's contract this summer and then a first professional contract when he turns 16, next May.
✍️ Paris Saint-Germain is pleased to announce the signing of Djeidi Gassama's first professional contract.
