Amid strict health measures, the Syrian men's soccer team continues its training camp in Damascus under the supervision of Tunisian coach Nabil Maaloul, in preparation for the resumption of the Asian double qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and the Asian Cup in China 2023.

The training focused on physical fitness and some skillful techniques, noting that the camp had started in Aleppo and was transferred to Damascus after a number of the team's players were infected with the Corona virus.

Our team ended its second training day in its camp in Damascus after spending less than two days in Aleppo, where the team had conducted three training sessions so far since the start of the camp, which focused in their entirety on some tactical sentences that were practically translated through a division between the players.

It is noteworthy that our team has a score of 15 points from five matches in the qualifiers, which it scored from its victory over the Philippines 5-2, the Maldives 2-1, Guam 4-0, China 2-1, and the Philippines again 2-1.
