The English club Liverpool announced today that it has signed a long-term contract with the Greek international, Costas Tsimikas, from Olympiacos, Greece.
Tsimikas told the official Liverpool website after signing his joining contract: "I am very happy and proud to be here as it is the biggest club in the world and playing here was a dream I had since childhood."
Tsimikas confirmed that with a lot of work and focus he will be at the highest level that will help Liverpool win the Premier League again.
Liverpool did not disclose the financial details of the deal, but press reports said the Premier League champion paid 13 million euros for Tsimikas, who has played three matches with the Greek national team since his debut in 2018.
